1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Clearance, custom, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Important: Do not send your purchase back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item:

Upon verification, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
